Hossam Assaf is an executive business leader and strategic advisor with more than 25 years of experience across retail, FMCG, marketing communications, commercial operations, branding, real estate, agency leadership, and business transformation in Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East.

His career has developed through hands-on leadership roles in regional organizations, combining strategic planning with operational execution. He has led marketing, communication, retail transformation, commercial growth, brand development, store and business launches, client delivery, and multidisciplinary teams.
